Schietwetterrunde Cadenberge
Kleinere Rundtour, die von der Kirche in Cadenberge an den Neuhaus-Bülkau-Kanal und ins Grünland umzu führt. Dann geht es über Altkehdingen in die Wingst und über die Moorwiesen zurück in den Ort. Ein Besuch beim Edeka-Center Cohrt ist auch mit aufgezeichnet.

Am Hadelner Kanal entlang zum Elbdeich und zurück
Mittellange Rundtour links und rechts des Hadelner Kanals, zur Kanalschleuse und zur Medem-Schleuse in Otterndorf und dann über Mahrdorf und das Hof-Café Altes Backhaus (Hof Ramm) zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

Today I completed my 57th year of life. I treated myself to a very long and strenuous hike. By train on the way to Würzburg, I had already passed Möckmühl a few times.
