He was dependent on the Abbey of Paix-Dieu in Bodegnée. We see him indicated on the Ferraris map of 1775.
The mill was enlarged in 1878 into an industrial flour mill. Gin was distilled in an adjacent building.
Only traces of the interior remain, what remains is a gigantic empty building.
