The visitor center Nature House Haspengouw "Mergels van Gelinden" contains a valuable collection of geological material (fossils of leaves, shells, sea urchins, rocks), originating from the Marls van Overbroek and the whole of Haspengouw. It is open from February to November, every Sunday between 10:00 and 17:00. Four walking routes depart from the Nature House through Overbroek and the Overbroekbeemden & Egoven meadow area, where the Fonteinbeek and Molenbeek flow into the Herk.
