We were there in May and saw lots of them in the harbor in the mornings and early afternoons. They are there to get some of the fishermen's waste. I think they are loggerhead turtles. They are bigger than the real ones and no less spectacular 😃

With a little luck you will see an older fisherman gutting his fish and feeding the leftovers to the turtles. It is truly an experience to see these large animals live.
