In addition to the house, there is also an old barn on the approximately 2000 m2 plot.
The group for the "Öle" housing project has existed since spring 2004 and consisted of 10 people at the time.
Between 2007 and 2008, the house was largely renovated by ourselves and from 2009 onwards we were able to fill the building, which had been empty for decades, with life again. Currently, 6 adults and 4 children live in the oil mill.
