Established in 1891 as the municipal "central cemetery", the Stöcken cemetery has served as a burial place for several generations since then. The special features of the cemetery include avenue paths and urn island, grave architecture from older times, departments for war dead from both world wars, the cemetery for Muslims established in 1989 and the children's memorial from 2005.
We also highly recommend the inclusive Kulturcafe Anna Blume at the entrance to the cemetery.
