Have visited Schönberg today on Whit Monday following the Roßstein and Buchstein. Little amount and also a breathtaking panorama over to the Tegernseer hut and the Karwendel mountains.
As a descent, we recommend going down the ridge to the Schönberger Alm.

Hiking

Compared to the neighboring Seekarkreuz, the Schönberg is little overrun and still offers a beautiful view. Both peaks are easy to walk together. From then on, the tour is relatively long (20km).
You can also ascend from Glashütte via the Röhrmoosalm and descend again via Mariaeck.

Mountain biking

Simply leave the bike at the Alm, take the snack with you and climb to the summit on foot. When the weather is nice, the view of the neighboring mountains and valleys is terrific, and when the foehn wind blows, the Tauern are within reach
Unfortunately, circular tours are hardly possible by bike. This route is also possible for children and teams
