Grasleitensteig

The Grasleitensteig is a narrow, sometimes very rooty hiking trail. On a long distance you have from here a magnificent view of the mountains.

What Lenggries tourism is hiding: Since 2013, the middle section of the once wonderful climb has been grossly devalued by a forest road that private forest owners have cut into the forest there, wider than approved.
