De Meent is a beautiful and cozy recreation park of Uit®waarde, located near Beusichem in the municipality of Buren. It offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, relaxing, fishing, walking, sports, playing and canoeing. Children can enjoy themselves all day long on the Jutterseiland, with natural playground equipment, a raft and a hut. There is also a retro fitness trail.

There are various sports and games activities for young and old, which are often used by regional sports clubs. There are various walking and cycling paths around the recreational lake.

Recreation area "De Meent" guarantees fun and relaxation for young and old. While the children are playing and swimming, you can laze on one of the beaches. You can go out with the whole family by canoe and explore the area from the water.
