This morning by boat to Pella, just to have a look on the other side. We also had a nice walk there. With a closed hiking path again because a house is being built. So we adjusted our route. It started with sunshine and turned into rain, thunderstorms, and hail. We took shelter in the church for a while

The hike started with a visit to the weekly market. From there, we walked to the holy mountain, where we made a pit stop for coffee and a treat. Just stretching the legs and exploring Orta San Giulio, with a nice ice cream. Unfortunately, it started hailing heavily, a kind shop owner called us inside to shelter. After which we could continue our exploration.

Walk to the coffee and cake. The weather was nice, although quite windy (cold). But on the way back, the sun was in charge.

We had to be in the city for a bit and then cycled on to the Sterrenbosch in Vught. After a delicious lunch at Moekes, we started a wonderful walk with the sun shining above us. A beautiful loop and then back on the bikes to head home.

Since we are planning a bike tour to Kleef in June, we have already made a bike tour to and through the Maashorst. We also ended up at the castle of Bern, where we had a nice conversation with the castle lady who told us that they do a lot for nature conservation. Further to the Maashorst which remains

This morning I cycled to Zaltbommel to participate in the Promenadewandeling. With my sports buddies, we had a beautiful walk of over 16 km. The weather was good, it stayed dry at least. And after the walk, we all had a drink at a cafe for coffee with... apple pie 😋

Today I took over part of a hike by Wouter near Geldrop. Beautiful route through the Molenheide and the outskirts of Geldrop. Nice walk, especially with the sun shining.

Hike in and around Uden. Beautiful paths, paved and unpaved. We had a gift voucher for lunch, so we had a delicious lunch in Uden. When we got to the car, we had almost lost the calories again. A nice walk with plenty to see, angry geese, a gruesome find on a barn, guard dogs and a little bit of sun at the end.

We picked up Ria's glasses and then had a wonderful walk in the Moerputten. The boardwalk was closed because it is going to be renovated. We walked a new section and partly familiar terrain. It remains beautiful there.

Just visited our daughter, and of course, got some fuel too. What a hassle, really queuing to refuel! I had found a beautiful route near the village of Wortel, we experienced all weather aspects. But we completed the walk, it was a beautiful tour with lanes, forest paths, small bridges, and various boardwalks.

Off to Loosbroek, it was foggy and cold. Luckily I had my gloves with me. Around 11:00 the sun came out and you could feel it immediately. As far as I'm concerned, it can stay🌞. We went via beautiful paths towards the Berdafse Bergen with a bench in between to take a break.

Hike surroundings Heesch over and through the Berkt estate, it takes some getting used to the temperature but it was lovely to walk. 90% of the hike is unpaved.
