The Neptune Fountain in Hanover is a fountain in the Great Garden of Herrenhausen. This water-spouting Baroque sculpture ensemble featuring the Roman water god Neptune is located in the Orangery parterre between the Golden Gate and the gallery building.

A first basin, set against the backdrop of the baroque façade of the gallery building, was first created by Brand Westermann between 1696 and 1697 based on a design by Marinus Cadart and was initially decorated with a sculpture of a boy with a dolphin as a gargoyle.

In the following centuries, the fountain was redesigned several times until, following the transfer of ownership of the Great Garden to the City of Hanover in 1936, it was given a central fountain with several smaller fountains arranged in a circle around it in 1937.
