Only the frescoed choir room remains of the church founded by Count Burkhard von Lützelstein in the 15th century. The nave was rebuilt in 1885 in neo-Gothic style. The Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption is called a simultaneous church because it has been used alternately for Protestant and Catholic services since 1737. In French L'église simultanée.....
