The slope from Neuenweg over to the L131 just before the vertex exceeds 25% in any case, should rather direction 30% go - in any case, the term "sausteil" here without question. The way is also true "on the mountain". Note the photo above the rooftops across the way in the upper third of the picture - which is as steep as it looks. Although there are only about 120 meters, but they really have it. The surface is in bad condition (08/2019), only recommended uphill.
