In the nature reserve Rathsam, which lies at the confluence of Eger / Ohře and Röslau / Reslava, there is the deserted village Pomezná (Markhausen). Here are the remains of a gate tower of 1462 destroyed festivals Markhausen. This is called a "Frankenturm" or "box". After the destruction of the village, the tower was left to decay. Of the square and basement structure of eight meters in length, wall remains of two storeys and the barrel vaults of the cellar have been preserved.
