After the destruction of the Geuzen, the church was rebuilt in its current form.
At the back of the church hangs a canvas by Kaspar De Crayer, together with Rubens, Jordaens and Van Dijck, he was one of the best painters of the 17th century.
In the church you will find an impressive pulpit from 1823, an oak calvary group above the altar, an organ by F-B. Loret and stained glass windows from the early 20th century.
