Path Between Rolvennen and Elfenmeer

Very beautiful landscape in the heathland. With a little rest, you can admire a lot of flora and fauna.
The dry summer of 2018, however, did not leave its mark without a trace. The Elven Sea was also pretty empty.

A particularly beautiful route leads on a narrow path from Rolvennen-Weiher to the Elfenmeer. The path leads through heathland, forest areas, fern groves and glades.

The section between the Elven Sea and the Rolvennen is exactly the landscape because of which I have come here again and again since 2013.
The gorse blooms in spring, lots of colorful flowers bloom in summer, and heather (Erika) blooms in August / September. A visit is worthwhile even in winter. Only the lakes have a problem, they have no inlet and are only fed by rainwater. They could dry out in dry summers.
