At 1,834 meters, the Hochgrat is the highest mountain in the western Allgäu and a promising excursion destination for all requirements and a wide variety of sports. The Hochgrat is located in the middle of the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park, which lies across the border between Germany (Allgäu) and Austria (Vorarlberg).
