The place was quite desolate and empty,
people talk about it back and forth.
But someone had long understood
a landmark in Zörbig will always be missed.
Herr Scholz took the chisel and a stone
and put all his skills into it.
He created a symbol that suits Zörbig,
about the world-famous sugar beet juice."
