Hiking Highlight
The ridge path over the Hammerspitzen from the Kanzelwand to the Fiderepass hut is highly recommended. (For sure-footed hikers with experience in alpine terrain). The exact route is not always clearly visible. Sometimes you have to look for something to do. Therefore, in poor visibility, nothing.

Ascent and descent require a head for heights and surefootedness. It's worth the effort! The view is awesome.

The path from the pulpit wall is beautiful but sometimes difficult to find (markings are often missing) and the path requires absolute surefootedness. Sometimes it goes very steeply down the sides and can be dangerous

Beautiful hike to the Hammerspitze: 1) with the Kanzelwandbahn lift up; 2) cross to the Kuhgehrensattel; 3) from there climb to the summit; 4) Descent direction Wannenalpe; 5) from here several possibilities to continue the descent, e.g. about inner cow-goat-algae or escape-alpe

The first part of the ridge path from the Kanzelwand is rather poorly marked, rather keep to the left ;-)
