    The Peter and Paul Church in Höchstädt is one of the younger buildings in the local history. On October 27, 1886, the foundation stone was laid next to the earlier church, which had become too small. For reasons of space, the church and altar face north, which is absolutely unusual in church building. After just over a year of construction, the building was inaugurated on November 20, 1887.

      The parish church in Hochstädt was consecrated to the two saints Peter and Paul (Peter and Paul), also known as the "Princes of the Apostles". Their common feast day in the calendar of saints is June 29th.

      * Paul was initially an opponent of the Christian movement and was not called to the apostle ministry like the other apostles by Jesus Christ during his lifetime, but was converted later with the famous "Damascus experience". His attribute is the sword with which he was executed.
