After her re-election to the Reichstag failed in 1920, she headed the list of the SPD constituency in the Magdeburg administrative district in the elections to the Prussian state parliament.

Minna Bollmann's father was a co-founder of the Social Democrats in Halberstadt and thus of the oldest SPD local association in the entire region.
