The Heusden town hall is a town hall in the fortified town of Heusden.

The late Gothic town hall was built in 1461, rebuilt in 1588 after the city fire of 1572, enlarged in 1635 and almost completely renovated in 1876. It was considered one of the most beautiful Gothic town halls in the Netherlands. The Germans blew up its tower on the night of November 4 to 5, 1944, killing 134 people, see Heusden Town Hall disaster.

The town hall was not rebuilt in its old form. The new town hall from 1956 is in the style of the Bossche School and was designed by Nico van der Laan. It is now a visitors center and contains, among other things, a model of Heusden and a guild room. The Regional Archives Langstraat Heusden Altena is also located in the building.

On the site of the old town hall there is a monument that commemorates the victims who were killed when the Germans blew up the town hall.
