The corn mill ‘De Twee Gebroeders’ is still in operation weekly for grinding organic flour. Since 2016, the mill has started a true revival, with the mill (just like in the old days) being completely equipped as a ‘modern wind flour factory’. The ground flour is delivered to the local organic bakery, among other things.

Cycling

Except by appointment, you can visit the mill when it is running. Almost every Tuesday and very regularly during the week. De Twee only serves organic products and is the permanent supplier of the Hardeman organic bakery in Wijk en Aalburg. Interesting for bakers because high-quality raw materials are made from local grain. Interesting for techies because the mill is a wind-driven machine with innovation from the first quarter of the last century. Really something different from the average volunteer mill.
