Villa Maritza was built in 1885 to a design by architect Antoine Dujardin, commissioned by an industrialist from Anderlecht. It is located on the seawall (Albert I-Promenade 76) of the Belgian city of Ostend. It is one of the last remnants of architecture on the seawall from the Belle Epoque period.
