The Bibersberg is a wooded granite mountain, 597 meters high. It is located east of Marktleuthen on the Thierstein - Marktleuthen hiking trail. Porphyry granite was once mined in two abandoned quarries on the western slope. The two quarries belong to the protected geotopes. The Bibersbach forms a narrow valley with granite rock formations, one of which is called the royal seat.
