Tips
Zaltbommel is a pleasant fortified town on the Waal with many sights and activities. Many people know the town from the stubby tower without a spire. You can see that 'tower of Bi-Ba-Bommel' from afar. From the beautiful Waalbrug you can also see the small inhabited water tower and the city walls. Behind it lies the old and walled part of the town of Zaltbommel. History can be felt everywhere. Perfect to visit by bike. (use the hiking highlights ;-) )
