It is an hour's walk to the Gonzen from the Palfries car park. An easy climb, without neck-breaking tours and without deep abysses, therefore suitable for families. The path first goes down the road to the first bend. Then past meadows and over small streams to the foot after which the Gonzen summit is reached after a short but easy climb (1830m). The walk and top offer beautiful views from Walensee, Flumserberg, Graubünden, Liechtenstein to Lake Constance. TIP: the parking meters only accept coins, bring up to 10 CHF in change.
