Many mountain hiking trails lead to the summit. Also possible as a spontaneous evening round. Wonderful view of the Gonzen, Alvier and the valley 😊

There are many beautiful and narrow mountain trails (Schlichwegli) in this area that lead to the Ellhorn. It's a super beautiful area. The paths around the Ellhorn require some surefootedness, but everything within a harmless and easily manageable framework. And the paths along the ridge reveal beautiful views of the Rhine Valley.

You step out of the forest and all of a sudden you stand in front of a steep rock face. In this respect, caution at the summit is very important.

Caution is advised on the summit. The way here is really worth it. The view is great and there is even a summit book. Unfortunately it was full except for the last mm 😀.

Here, too, the ascent is rewarded with a magnificent view of the valley
