The second entrance, dating from 1879, is located on Abdijstraat and is conceived as a triumphal arch of brick masonry using bluestone for the capstones, corner and keystones and Classicist with an open motif in the cornice. The low square corner pillars no longer connect to fencing, but to a wire fence. The high round arch gate is closed by a wrought iron gate with simple bars ending in stylized lilies and rings between the doubled lower and upper rails. Gate and corner pillars are connected by a low wall and a fixed fence of the same model as the gate.Source: inventaris.onroerenderfgoed.be/erfgoedobjecten/303445
