As the N6 is currently closed, you have to take the path through Herreiras. From here, the climb begins with a gradient of up to 18% in places. You should either stay overnight here or get some refreshment before the climb.

The closure of the N6 is apparently here to stay. (2022 - 2024 ...)
But no complaints. No matter how tough the climb to O Cebreiro is. You will remember it for years as a milestone in your adventures and certainly the Camino.
