A bridge over the Río Porma, which Aimeric Picaud and Hermann Künig von Vach already mentioned in their pilgrim reports. It has twenty irregular arches and has had to be repaired several times due to flood damage. Behind the bridge are the remains of a pilgrims' hospice, the founding of which is attributed to the Archdean of Triacastela and Canon of León (Wikipedia).

Next to the bridge, the canon of the cathedral of Leon founded a pilgrim hospital in the 16th century. In 1756 the hospital was closed. An inn remained for the benefit of the travelers.
