In the middle of the Bornimer corridor lies the former agricultural estate Bornim. The farm was built in 1844-45 by Friedrich Ludwig Persius and Herrmann Sello in the style of a Florentine country house. Only the Persian Tower, which at that time was used for monitoring field work and weather monitoring, has survived.
