The baroque garden of Zabeltitz was laid out in 1728 by Wackerbarth, who also laid out the baroque garden of Großsedlitz. Both of these were modeled on the Park of Versailles. The central element is the pond in which the palace is reflected.

Very beautiful, small baroque garden with lots of beautiful details, ponds, sculptures. There are lots of white benches to sit on in this garden with small, wonderful dedications on each bench, such as weddings, milestone birthdays, but also memories of a loved one.

Each newly planted tree also has its own sign with a name and interesting information.
This baroque garden literally invites you to linger. 👍
