Hiking

In honor of St. Barbara, a chapel was built on the Marienberg in 1988-89 by the Berglifte Langes company, Komm.-Rat Giselher Langes. The chapel was designed by the sculptor Johann Weinhart. The inauguration took place on September 17, 1989 at 11 a.m. Pastor Kassebacher led the holy mass. The Biberwier band provided the musical accompaniment.

A mountain mass is held here every year in autumn.
