Huis Clermont, also known as the Von Clermonthuis, is a historic building in Vaals, Netherlands. It was built between 1761 and 1775 by order of Johann Arnold von Clermont, a manufacturer from Aachen. The complex was originally a closed square building with three wings, but the north wing was later demolished. Today the building serves as a town hall.

The house is built in a classicist style and was originally intended for cloth production, with living space, office space and a cloth factory and dyehouse. The architect was Joseph Moretti. The building can be recognized by the south wing with a central section crowned with a sculpted pediment, the blocked main gate and the segmental arch frames of Namur stone. The iron balcony railings are in rococo style.

The house has been restored over time, first from 1975-1981, and now has a U-shape. It is an important example of 18th-century industrial architecture in the Netherlands.
