Seffent Castle is a medieval castle complex in Seffent, a northwestern part of Aachen. Its history goes back to the Carolingian period.
Built as a supply estate for the Duchy of Lorraine, Seffent Castle developed into a four-wing complex with defensive, architectural elements in the 17th century. After a comprehensive restoration that saved the buildings from their final decay, they are now home to apartments. (Source: Wikipedia)
