Tips
Here in the Lamspringe monastery park, the Lamme rises at around 200 m above sea level. NHN. Its water flows from a walled spring grotto which, according to an inscription, dates from 1727 and was renewed in 1970. From the source to the confluence with the Innerste between Klein Düngen and Heinde, the Lamme stretches over approx. 22 km.
