Hiking

Located between Schiller Park and Schönholzer Heide Public Park, the area around Schäfersee offers a wide range of leisure activities. A circular path leads around the almost circular lake, with a special highlight featuring specimens of the trees of the year. The lake also has a mini golf course and a café not far from Residenzstrasse, so that the green surroundings can be enjoyed both actively and passively. Unfortunately, a lot of it is a bit run down and it is not the safest area in the evenings.
