Here in the moor the sky keys bloom in spring. A wild primrose whose population in Schleswig-Holstein is greatly decimated and endangered. Therefore: watch, take pictures but NOT take with you. Celestial keys do not thrive in "normal" garden soil because they need site-specific growth conditions found in the Habernisser Moor.

In addition, it serves as a food plant for several butterfly caterpillars. The silver-gray band owl (endangered) and the cowslip dice butterfly (also endangered). So let the flowers stand and enjoy it. They are really nice to look at, because very rarely.

I was there in the fall and of course nothing blossomed. But it was still very beautiful in the moor! If I understand correctly, the first picture shows the sky keys (yellow flowers) that I can see in spring.

Exactly Andi, the first photo shows the sky keys. Yellow flowers with a bell-like shape. The leaf is similar to the "house primrose" that can be bought in nurseries.
The second photo from cosmopolita61 shows orchid (pink flowers) a strictly protected native orchid species.
On picture 7 of Petra the sky keys can be seen again and picture 8 shows the yellow marigold flower.
The other images are landscape images from the moor and have no relation to the sky keys. Like the orchid and the marsh marigolds actually not either. 🤷🏻‍♀️
