The tour was actually gone after uploading. But since I had saved it as planned, I could download it as a GPS file and import it from the komoot server into my tours. Pics in - tour saved - done. 😉😄
Today Lille ran about 4 km. Did her well, the little one. 😍🐶🐾
It wasn't too warm either. Shortly before home we got a violent 🌧🌧😏.
Doesn't matter, was still a nice tour. 🚲🐶🐾

The follow-up check at the TA on Monday was very good.👍 Either our laps can slowly get bigger 🐾👣🥳 or Lille can run about 10 minutes at a time / day on the bike or while jogging alongside. Better not run around without a leash, because it always runs so funky and hooks like a 🐰. So we have to wait a little longer until the muscles are perfect again. We are working on it. 🐾🐶💪
🐶🐾 and 🙋🏻♀️👣 wish you all a nice holiday. ☀️🥾🚴♂️

Today, for a long time, we have once again examined the Ems renaturation near Greven. Lille was in a good mood and felt fit. 🐶🐾💪. She wanted to romp, play and dig. So today I decided to try a bigger lap. It worked well. 🥳👋 On the way back from the Ems to the dike there was even a little digging insert. 😄 The last 500 m on the street I noticed that Lille was getting a little slower and tired 🐶🥱. But we should also sometimes increase the requirement. 🐶🐾🏃🏻♀️ It does not have to be every 3.5 km of a round of gas.
Several kbm of sand have already been moved at the Schöneflieth outdoor pool. At the moment everything resembles an oversized sandpit. The path along the Ems was open in winter. There you could see more of the construction site. Because the sunbathing lawn of the outdoor pool includes the path, it is now closed and you can only see the sand mountains behind the outdoor pool.
As part of the implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive, the two transverse structures, Cramer and Schöneflieth, will be rebuilt and equipped with fish ladders for migratory fish. Between the Greven Schöneflieth outdoor pool and the confluence of the Münsterschen Aa and the Ems, there will be a further 1.5 km of extensive restoration measures. A makeshift bridge for cyclists and pedestrians has already been completed.
If everything goes according to plan (it usually never does), everything should be renatured and converted in December 2020. I'm really looking forward to that.

After Lilles Physiotherapy we looked at the reactivated old arm of the Ems today. A nice project with which an old loop of the river Ems was connected to the river again. A natural river course is to be created here again. Nature is already beginning to redesign the Ems here. Very worth seeing There is an observation tower and several information boards. A hiking trail leads along the Altarm towards Hembergen. We have not yet run it completely. Another time when Lille is better "to paw".

Today we were tense again. Lille For Lille there was a small walk through the Wentruper mountains (inland dunes accompanying the Ems). A small nature reserve near Greven. Nice but also pretty well attended. But it was still a nice trip. Lille went through the almost 2 km through the forest and did a little bit for the muckis, namely the team pushed up and down the sand mountains 😅. On the way back, Lille was allowed to rest in the trailer.

Today we started again with the dog bike trailer. Lille doesn’t like it that much, but I don’t feel like starting my car because of every little drive into the country.
Actually, I just wanted to go over to the grove at Brinkkötters Damm so we could go for a walk there. The approx. 1.5 km forest path ran through Lille while I was pushing the bike. It was a lot of fun for her to sniff the forest air again. wieder And since the vehicle was already tense, I immediately put on a little bike tour. 🚲🙋🏻♀️ 🐶🐾
Unfortunately it started shortly before Gimbte zu and we got a little wet. 😏
Still, it was nice to cycle a little lap. 😍
