The fieldstone chapel, consecrated around 1150, with round-arched windows and doors, formed the entrance to the village, which was laid out in the form of a round building. After the village expanded, the chapel was expanded. On the western side, a brick church tower with a pointed helmet was added to her. Remarkable wall paintings (frescoes) have been preserved in the interior. The so-called red chalk drawings were uncovered during renovation work in the 1960s.
