In 1834 the chapel burned down. It was rebuilt on the same spot in 1865. The brick chapel with the neo-Gothic altar, an open roof truss with a gallery and a brick floor formed the entrance to the Rundling. The small bell from 1699 was probably taken over from the previous chapel.
