The Holzer family runs the snack truck with great care and commitment, just like the donkey station right opposite once did. In any case, you should still be able to taste another "Eisenach original" there - a Thuringian bratwurst from Fleischerei Uth on Eisenacher Frankfurter Straße. 😋 This is still a real Thuringian. 😉🙋♂️
