Hiking
My father, Marc Morel, decided a few years ago to focus solely on the production of cow's milk.
We then transformed the pigsty into a cozy farm, De Ponthoeve.
At opening, my focus was mainly on making traditional farm ice cream and fresh pancakes.
Later this evolved into the tearoom it is today.
