    The Brother Klaus Field Chapel was built in 2005-07 according to the plans of the famous Swiss architect Peter Zumthor. The founder and owner is the farming family Trudel and Hermann-Josef Scheidtweiler. From a distance the building looks like a rough block, but when you approach it, which can also be done easily with a racing bike, the fine materiality of the rammed concrete and the formwork holes used to light the dark interior make it clear that this is a special building . The interior surprises with a completely different shape and color that is unique. A visit is therefore strongly recommended - and it shouldn't take place on the weekend in order to be able to enjoy the chapel in peace.
