One of the few 2-level railway stations in Poland. Unfortunately, this also results in a rather complicated numbering of platforms. Hence, I recommend arriving earlier before the departure of the train. Unfortunately, there is only one elevator (sometimes it doesn't work), but the upper level is accessible via a ramp outside the building. We go to the platforms on the opposite side of the station building through the passage between the platforms at the end.

The station is one of the few Kostrzyn nad Odrą buildings that survived the war. There is a regular train connection to Berlin-Lichtenberg (spring 2019)

Traveling with the RB26 to Küstrin is ideal for exploring the area east of the Oder. You should definitely use this train station for the return journey to DEU on weekends because of the large crowd in Küstrin-Kietz!
