"The fountain was built in 1974 by the sculptor Michael Schwarzen on the occasion of the State Horticultural Show. Initially misunderstood as an anatomical study, the fountain became a topic of discussion.
But the fountain certainly has a meaning, the female figures symbolize beauty and fertility, the fists symbolize violence and assertiveness, the hand comprehension and creation and the male leg symbolize progress and conquest."
