The old whaling factory is now home to a small but fine museum. A guided tour in English can be found at oma.pt/img/PDF/GUIA_EN.pdf.
The museum can be visited on weekdays for EUR 4 per adult. From April to October it is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In the winter months the museum closes an hour earlier.
