We haven't been here yet - and that's rare for our home region. Sometimes we were pleasantly surprised, since most of the paths on the Lower Rhine are paved. The seven springs and the Paesmühle are particularly beautiful.

In the afternoon there was still a concert commitment, so the Werwolfrunde offered itself. This was not our first time here and it certainly won't be our last

When the weather was nice, I visited Ratingen again. There are great trails in this forest. Unfortunately, they were often avoided here. I then deviated from the actual round a few times and chose the small paths instead. A nice tour.

The weather left something to be desired this morning. The round leads through a great landscape, but the paths are not very hiking-friendly, a lot of coarse gravel and wheelchair-accessible paths (which must also exist) make the hike very exhausting for the bones.

A hike over many small paths in the land of the Rothenbach. I really like being here because there is no traffic and there are really great hiking trails. In between there is the opportunity to stop off at the Dalheimer Mühle, at the Vlodrop station or in Rothenbach, so nobody has to starve or die of thirst here.

Alighted at the last stop of tram 1, enjoyed the Green Prater, stopped off at the Schweizerhaus and, after a stroll through the Volksprater at the Praterstern, boarded the U1.
