A visit, if necessary with ÜN in the hotel restaurant of the former monastery Zehden is highly recommended. Accommodation and kitchen are very good and quite affordable. Depending on when you arrive there, you should take the time to visit both the monastery and the surrounding area. From the poles the more than 800 years old walls were restored in elaborate work and one feels very well here. If the weather is nice, eat on the lawn behind the monastery or have a coffee.

Former Cistercian monastery built from 1266, consecrated in 1278. Secularized in 1555. Privately owned since 1997, the remaining structures of the former monastery were restored, and a hotel and restaurant opened.
